Jean had a display of her paintings hung. Each one is a masterpiece of emotion allowing the viewer to dive deep into the passion for themselves. Jeans paintings are huge, like wall sized, with an ethereal feeling leaving plenty of room for personal interpretation.
John performed for the entire one-and-a-half hours mostly on acoustic 12-string guitar. He played one song on piano. His set included all of his popular songs that all of the ladies swooned over, and a few covers. John gave continuous props to his deceased friend Jim Billings who co-wrote many of the songs.
Here is John’s set – Working Class Hero, Live To Love, Go For A Ride, New World, I Shall Be Released, Painting A Picture, Wish I Knew, Reverie, If We Could Only, Mountain (accompanied by Leslie Barkman on piano. Leslie helped John with the arrangement of this song.), John’s untitled piano solo, Forever Young, Message, Light My Fire, Ladder, Battered, Love Life, Passing Through, Human We Are and Release Today.
Shows was also on board signing his book, “The Footless Girls Of Camp C” and chatting with people about it.
